“Ten minute piece that can grow into a performance”

An open call for all wishing to create and an opportunity to be part of a two week long residency at NagiB Festival (August 28 to September 10 2011). The first 30 applicants will get a 50 Euro reward.

We are opening a call for submission of video works at the competition “Ten Minute Piece That Can Grow into a Performance”. The call is open for everyone who will, following the competition’s points of departure, make a ten minute dance piece, record it with a camera, and forward it to us.
The ten commandments present a tool that can aid you in the making of your dance piece (each of the commandments also includes a short explanation). You are invited to think about the commandments and use them in your work, accept them, question or renounce them.
